WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE MODEL 2?

The warranty program for the Model 2 is 1 year. If for some reason you encounter a warranty related issue, please call our support line and we will be ready to resolve your issue as soon as possible. After the first year, you will continue to have lifetime access to our customer support line.

HOW IS THE MODEL 2 SHIPPED?

We have partnered with 5 national freight carriers to ship our Aquavoss products. Depending on your location, the product will be shipped with one of these carriers.
The units are highly protected during transit in a wooden palletized crate. The shipping company will give you a call to schedule a delivery appointment.

When the freight company arrives, they will place the Model 2 “curbside”. Each freight carrier has a different definition of what they mean by curbside – from a liability perspective they unfortunately are not able to place it in your backyard where you want it. We recommend hiring a local hot tub mover to put it in place for you. Please reach out to us if you need guidance with getting the hot tub in place. The cover, chiller, and Model 2 ship separately.

Installing the Model 2 is a straight forward process. The Model 2 arrives assembled and the remaining set-up process can be completed in a few simple steps. 1.) Hire a local hot tub mover to move the Model 2 from your curb to your backyard. 2.) Hire an electrician to connect the Model 2 to a dedicated 220v electrical line. 3.) Connect the chiller to a 110v electrical outlet. 4.) Start enjoying your new spa and cold plunge!
