The Patio XM Outdoor Sauna Cabin Kit is our newest flagship model, quickly becoming a favorite among sauna enthusiasts across Canada and the USA. Built with thermally modified Spruce, it’s designed to withstand tough outdoor conditions while offering excellent thermal insulation and a naturally pleasant aroma.

Inside, generous Alder benches provide plenty of space to stretch out or sit comfortably with family and friends. Thoughtful ventilation and well-placed benches ensure balanced, consistent heat throughout the cabin, reflecting true craftsmanship in every detail.

• Walls: 1.5-inch (40mm) Thermospruce logs.
• Roof: 1-inch boards with EPDM cover and metal edges; interior features spruce paneling and 1-inch PIR insulation.
• Floor: 1-inch pretreated spruce boards; metal sauna drain.
• Door: 2 x 6 ft full glass with 8mm bronze tempered glass.
• Window: Wood-framed with 8mm bronze tempered glass.
• Benches: Two-level, sturdy Alder benches designed to accommodate multiple users comfortably.

Please be aware that our Patio, Halden, and Primo saunas do not include LED lights or any other lighting fixtures as depicted in the product photos. Additionally, they are not pre-stained or pre-painted. We strongly recommend staining the sauna to enhance its protection against the elements. While the saunas are not pre-stained, you can inquire about this option. Our staff will gladly provide information on recommended stains and the associated costs for adding staining to the installation.
